SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is a special equipment suitable for extrusion molding of various PVC powders. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines to produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars and granulation.

The screw is cooled by an oil cooling system. The barrel is cooled by a special air cooling system. The system is controlled by a dedicated computer. According to different formulation requirements of users, the most reasonable structure screw is prepared to achieve the best plasticizing state and logistics quality. All the screws are processed by high-precision special-purpose CNC screw milling machine, which ensures the high consistency of extrusion performance of each similar extrusion equipment. It is the first to introduce the most advanced variable pitch and variable depth screw design technology in the world, so that the logistics can be cut and compressed softly in the screw, which is closer to the actual needs. The special design of the distribution box, the thrust bearing is extraordinarily enlarged, the bearing is imported, the transmission life is high, and it can withstand greater extrusion pressure. The electrical system adopts the imported originals to the maximum extent, and has multiple fault alarm functions, with fewer faults and convenient elimination. The cooling system has a special design, the heat dissipation area is extraordinarily increased, the cooling is rapid, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±1 °C.
